A hard copy of the Minutes are available from any member of the community council seven days after they have been accepted. Minutes are usually accepted as correct at the next monthly meeting, so the earliest they become available to the public is about 5 weeks after the meeting to which they relate. So if you wish to know what the Community Council is discussing and deciding, the only sure way is to attend the meetings.
